How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account at me-squared.io/account and go to Billing. You can cancel or manage your plan from there. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you were charged in error or have a billing dispute, contact us at billing@me-squared.io and we'll review your case.
How do I export or delete my data?
In the app, go to Settings → Data & Privacy. You can export a copy of all your data as a ZIP archive, or permanently delete your account. Account deletion has a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the request.
Why can't I send messages?
If your trial has ended or your subscription has lapsed, messaging is paused until you subscribe. You can resubscribe at any time from your account at me-squared.io/account.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your conversations are never sold or shared for advertising purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is collected and used.
The app is crashing or behaving unexpectedly
Try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, email support@me-squared.io with your device model, OS version, and a description of what happened. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.
